Outlook for Android and iOS

To set up Outlook on your mobile device and connect your email account, follow these instructions:

 

1. For Android users: Install the Microsoft Outlook app from the Google Play Store and then open it.
   For iPhone users: Install the Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store and then open it.
   
   The icon looks like this:
   
   
   
   Tap Get Started if this is your first time using Outlook.
   Otherwise, to add another email account, open the Menu (iPhone - tap letter top-left, Android - tap  top-right) > Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account.
   
   
2. Enter your email account and tap Add Account. Then type in your password and tap Sign In.
   
   
   

   

    

   
   
   
   

3. If two-factor authentication is enabled for your account, you'll need to verify your identity with your chosen method.
   
   
4. Accept any prompts for permission you may receive, swipe through the features, and now you're ready to use Outlook on your smartphone!
